Participation in the 82nd Annual Meeting of the SAA
The paper “Local Engagement in UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Mexico as a Case Study” by GAPP members Amilcar Vargas, and Margarita Díaz-Andreu, together with César Villalobos (UNAM), was presented by the first author at the 82nd Meeting of the Society for American Archaeology (SAA) held in Vancouver, Canada (see program and abstracts). This paper is based on research conducted in Mexico since 2014.

– Our GAPP Members Margarita Díaz-Andreu and Tommaso Mattioli organized on September 14th this workshop held at the Faculty of Geography and History of the University of Barcelona, as part of the Archaeoacustica Project, funded by Marie-Curie Research Fellowship Programme.
